  30.           widget that appears as the first element in the menu.  The
  31.           user tears off the menu by means of mouse or keyboard events
  32.           in the tear-off control.

  34.           The tear-off control has Separator-like behavior.  Once the
  35.           application has obtained the widget ID of the tear-off
  36.           control, it can set resources to specify the appearance of
  37.           the control.  The application or user can also set these
  38.           resources in a resource file by using the name of the
  39.           control, which is "TearOffControl".  For a list of the
